fixed bike of the day

Panasonic track bike. A messenger's bike found in down town Tokyo.








It has a really narrow handle bar and a unique rear brake lever. I wanna make it like this on my bike.

    I've never seen a bike set up like that!
    Is that Tokyo style?
    That is wicked!! Any idea how many inches wide that bar is?

    I see VERY narrow handle bar sometimes and also I like the brake lever setup that mounted on top tube.
    Messenger style, man.
