Kinugasa Korean Ghetto

from the cliff top, look down, there is a slam I found in Kyoto.
But, how can I get down there? no road I can find.

I found this little alley that might be connected to the area.

I really like to go to find Korean ghetto because it is really hard to find,

very little info, and makes me feel very nervous because I am so out-sider.
