New stickers and spoke card

Blood thirsty Mattias spoke card made by ToyDog.
I see him pretty often in the streets but never spoke to him before.
But today, I was in same elevator with him and talk to him.
He is may be only foreign guy (I saw a white girl working for T-Serv before),
his name is Machu from France, and he got Space-Invador tats!
